There's so many places to go for Halloween . It's almost spooky . There are fun cities , celebrations . It's all a matter of knowing where to be in order  to find the best Halloween parties . I intended to go two different locations in college and beach town - Santa Barbara . The town's biggest public Halloween gathering takes place on State street and people dress in all kinds of incredible costumes . The many bars in the area are thriving during and afterward , making it a big outdoor event .
